The venue permitted for the funeral wake must be within the same precinct/RC zone as the applicant or the deceased’s HDB address. Applicant must present Original NRIC at the time of application.

All charges are subjected to prevailing GST. Full payment has to be made at the point of booking. Rates for residents (subject to prevailing GST)

Only residents of HDB flats within West Coast-Jurong West GRC and Pioneer Constituency are eligible to apply for use of the void deck/communal hall/link building/facilities/open spaces within the same precinct of the block they are residing in. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.

Residents are allowed to make an application for the use of facilities/open spaces/void deck/communal hall/link building up to six (6) months in advance from the date of the event with effect from 1 May 2018. Application may be made at our Town Council offices.

Applications are subject to availability and approval by the Town Council. Applications are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. We seek your understanding that we are unable to accept reservations.

Residents are not allowed to use the void deck/communal hall/link building/facilities/open spaces without applying for a prior permit from the Town Council. This is to prevent causing inconveniences to other residents who have applied and obtained prior approval for the use of the void deck/communal hall/link building/facilities/open spaces. This is also a breach of the Town Council (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws.
