This service is available only to residents of HDB flats within West Coast–Jurong West GRC and Pioneer SMC.

The bulky item collection is limited to a maximum of three (3) items per unit, per household, per trip, and per month. If the removal request exceeds this monthly limit, please make direct arrangements with the conservancy contractor. Additional charges may apply.

The Town Council will not be responsible for any issues arising from these private arrangements. Important note: A dining set consisting of 1 table and 6 chairs is counted as 7 items, 1 bedframe with mattress is counted as 2 items, and an L-shaped sofa set is counted as 2 items.

This service is available from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Sundays and PH), between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Bookings should be made at least three (3) working days in advance.

This service does not include the dismantling or disposal of fixtures or built-in household items. In addition, heavy items — such as pianos, musical instruments, safes, fitness/gym equipment, and fish tanks — as well as large items that cannot fit into lifts and fragile items like glassware, are excluded. Please engage your own contractor to remove and dispose of any items not covered by this service.

Please tag your items and place them outside your unit only on the scheduled removal day. For everyone’s safety and convenience, kindly refrain from leaving items in shared spaces like void decks, lift lobbies, stair landings, front or back aprons of HDB blocks, washing areas, or near centralized refuse chutes.

The Council shall not be liable for any damage to property or injury to person(s), whether or not caused by the default of the Council or its servants or agents, in the course of rendering the service.

This service is NOT applicable for households in the process of house moving or undergoing renovation.

We reserve the right to reject any removal request if the household has exceeded the monthly limit or if the bulky items do not meet the required conditions.
