The primary function of the Town Council is to manage and maintain the common property and open spaces of the Housing and Development Board's (HDB) flats, shops and market/food centres in the estates under West Coast GRC.

   

   

Our duties include:

  1. Repairs and maintenance
     
  2. Conservancy and cleaning works
     
  3. Horticulture maintenance
     
  4. Provision as well as upkeep of facilities and amenities
     
  5. Issuing of permits for use and occupation of common property and open spaces
     
  6. Collection of fees and charges
     
  7. Provision of 24-hour Essential Maintenance and Lift Rescue Services
